  • OTR tires
  • Waste rubber tires
  • Tire-derived rubber chips and granules
  • Rubber recycling plant
  • Tire shredding and granulation projects
Features

The QE waste tire recycling line is designed for processing passenger car tires, truck tires, bus tires and OTR tires into reusable rubber granules. The complete system integrates pre-shredding, two-stage toothed separation, dual magnetic steel wire separation, fine crushing, fiber separation, screening, central dust collection and automated control, providing a complete solution for tire recycling plants, rubber recycling projects and waste tire processing facilities.

The pre-shredding system can be equipped with embedded cutting tools to reduce production cost at the first processing stage. The two-stage toothed separation system combines crushing and steel wire grinding-cleaning functions, allowing rubber and steel wire to be separated efficiently before further processing. The dual magnetic steel wire separation system helps minimize rubber residue on separated steel wires, improving the quality and recovery value of the steel output.

For fine rubber processing, the fine crushing system adopts a specially designed inclined step-shear structure and high-quality alloy steel cutting tools. This design improves cutting efficiency, reduces maintenance frequency and helps produce more uniform rubber granules. The screening system can classify rubber granules into required output sizes according to different application needs.

To improve material purity and production environment, multi-point fiber and dust removal is applied across several processing modules. The central pulse dust collection system collects dust generated during production evenly, with dust emission controlled below 8 mg/m³, meeting the GB/Z 2.1-2007 standard. An optional sound insulation system can be installed to keep equipment noise within 85 dB, helping create a cleaner and more controlled working environment.

The complete tire recycling line uses a modular design and can be expanded or upgraded according to production capacity, tire type, final granule size and site layout. A sprinkler fire-extinguishing system can also be equipped to improve production safety. With automated control, each processing unit works together efficiently while supporting early detection of potential abnormalities, helping maximize production capacity, system stability and operational safety.

The final output can include rubber granules in different sizes, separated steel wire and textile fiber, making the line suitable for recycled rubber production, rubber products, sports flooring materials, rubber mats, modified asphalt and other recycled rubber applications.
