    QE HDPE / PP Bottle Washing Recycling System is designed for processing HDPE bottles, PP bottles, household plastic containers, detergent bottles, milk bottles, shampoo bottles, plastic drums, buckets, industrial crates, turnover boxes, sanitation bins and other rigid plastic recycling materials with thickness from approximately 1 mm to 25 mm. The system converts post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste into clean recycled HDPE / PP flakes for pelletizing, extrusion, injection molding and further plastic reprocessing.


    This process image shows a complete configuration for high-quality plastic flakes production. The full set is not mandatory for every project. QE can customize the HDPE / PP bottle washing recycling system according to raw material condition, contamination level, required flake quality, production capacity, automation level, plant layout and customer budget.


    The complete system can include manual sorting, ferrous metal removal, shredding, crushing, low-speed friction washing, floating washing, hot washing, high-speed friction washing, secondary floating washing, mechanical drying, pipeline drying, label flake separation and final storage. These modules are designed to remove metal, sand, labels, glue, oil, detergent residue, heavy impurities, light impurities and moisture from plastic flakes.


    The washing section uses circulating water to maintain washing performance while controlling water consumption and evaporation loss. The crushing system adopts a wear-resistant design to support long-term continuous operation. For different plastic materials, the high-speed centrifugal washing system applies suitable rotor speed and blade impact force to achieve effective cleaning without unnecessary material loss.


    The floating washing tank is designed for pressurized underwater washing. Its drum structure helps remove remaining impurities from plastic flakes and improves separation efficiency. According to the required final moisture level, the line can be equipped with suitable centrifugal dewatering and hot air drying systems.


    QE adjusts the mechanical operation details of crushing, washing and drying stages through engineering calculation and repeated testing. This helps reduce over-processing, minimize material loss and improve final flake consistency. The system can be configured for semi-automatic or fully automatic operation depending on local labor cost, production capacity and project budget.


    The final output can be clean HDPE flakes, clean PP flakes or other recycled rigid plastic flakes with reduced moisture and lower impurity content. Under suitable material and process conditions, the final flake size can be around 8–14 mm and the moisture content can be reduced to around 1%. Actual performance depends on raw material composition, contamination level, washing configuration, drying system and site operation conditions.
